1 clove garlic
1 T raw vinegar
1 T cold-pressed olive oil
1/4-1/2 c water
2 T raw tahini
1 bunch parsley or 1/2 soaked sun-dried tomatoes
tiny pinch sea salt
Blend all to consistency. Add more water for a pourable dressing, less for a dip. Vary exact measurements to your taste.
Parsley makes a green goddess-type dressing, the tomatoes make a french-looking dressing, although it doesn't taste like french at all.
