A "now" recipe

2 avocados
1 or 2 tomatoes
juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
1/2 t cumin
1/4 t salt (or to taste)
corn (optional)
celery (optional)


1. Cut avos in half. 
2. With a fork, mash the avocado flesh inside the shell, getting rid of any dark places.
3. Scoop flesh into bowl and repeat with other halves.
4. Chop tomato
5. Roll un-cut lemon on counter to pre-juice it.
6. Cut lemon and squeeze one half
7. Add cumin, salt.
8. Stir
9. Cut raw corn off cob and add. 
10. Stir and serve with celery stalks for dippers.

Cumin is the key to great guacamole!
