Ingredients:
2c tahini
1/2 c honey
1t vanilla
1/2c shelled pistachios
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Form shape, slice, and serve.
Variation: Add 1/3 c carob powder to half of this mixture. Mix the two halves together a bit to make a marble halvah.
Tip: The recipe calls for processing everything but the nuts in a food processor. This would make things a bit easier, but I did it by hand with little trouble.
