4 apples, sliced as thin as possible
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/4-1/3 c walnuts
1-2T honey or agave nectar
1/4-1/3 c raisins
1) Slice apples and dehydrate to pliable.
2) Combine all other ingredients to smooth but chunky. Adjust amounts based on your taste.
3) Toss/spread mixture over apples
4) Continue to dry apples to very crisp.
Tip: Too-thick slices will never fully dry. Try slicing apples using a veggie peeler. Or love the "chips" sort of soft like apple rings.
