Bio: Non-food stuff I do and like.
For work, I'm a web-head. I work from home but stick to my desk for a very regimented 8-hour day. In my spare time, I make more websites and web movies. When I'm not in front of my computer, I'm watching craft or decorating shows on TV or playing PS2 games with my husband.
I also like crafts. I have a huge back of scraps intended for quilts, duvets, and bean-bag chairs. Yes, chairs. I am a packrat and I save everything. Packing peanuts are my current fave, as they will go inside my beanbag chairs. I tear my name and address from my junkmail and use it to make paper. I also embroider, knit, and scrapbook. I'm trying to use up all the stuff I have accumulated - junk stuff like bottlecaps and keepsake stuff like Sox tickets and craft materials like pipe-cleaners and felt and buttons - since I am moving soon. I currently live with family as I am building a house.
I coach a volleyball team during the week, too. Then when I get some spare time, I travel as much as the budget allows. My most recent trip, for which I'm still paying, was to New Zealand. I also travel for work to Boston and visit family in Texas from time to time.
I love chocolate and am ecstatic about my raw cacao beans.
